• Operate and maintain equipment such as Converters, Packing Machines, Cutters, Welders, and Fillers.
• Set up and run production machines per established guidelines.
• Perform and request maintenance to ensure equipment quality and condition.
• Inspect parts and products for adherence to standards, adjusting as needed.
• Meet production deadlines and perform pre-operation checks on equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Read work orders, input details in systems, and maintain accurate data records.
• Assist with writing and implementing procedures (OPLs/SOPs) and maintain workspace cleanliness.
• Support other production and warehouse tasks as needed
