We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks. This role will assist in processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in all financial activities.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Process invoices, verify supporting documentation, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions.
  • Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
