• Proficiency in answering inbound calls with patience and professionalism
• Experience in call center customer service environments
• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to empathize and build relationships
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail
• Proven skills in email correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate communication
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating adaptability
