Call Staff (part-time/on-call) @ Northwood Tech Ashland Campus

Overview:

Northwood Technical College is seeking applications from qualified candidates to provide general support on an as-needed, call staff basis at the Ashland Campus.

• Basic front desk support including:
• Directing walk in traffic
• Answering a multi-line phone system (MS TEAMS)
• General clerical duties
• Project assignments
• Other duties as assigned

**Scheduling for this position will include: A variety of hours based on campus needs. Primary hours will be between 8 am and 4:30 pm; however, occasional evening shifts may be needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• One year related post-secondary education/ training OR two years related work experience, OR a combination of related post-secondary education/ training and work experience totaling two years.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of computers, computer applications and software such as email, word processing and spreadsheet programs (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to contribute to a team environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with students, staff and instructors.

Salary:

FY25 Salary - Grade G - $18.76 / hour
