Job Description
The Healthcare Construction Superintendent - DC Metro will be responsible for:
- Overseeing hospital renovation projects in active and occupied environments.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborating with clients and subcontractors to maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Upholding company commitment to safety and integrity on all job sites.

The Successful Applicant
The Healthcare Construction Superintendent - DC Metro will have:
- Proven experience in healthcare interiors and occupied space renovations (preferably within the last 3 years).
- Strong MEP background is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in sensitive environments.
