Job Description

The Healthcare Construction Superintendent - DC Metro will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing hospital renovation projects in active and occupied environments.
  • Ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborating with clients and subcontractors to maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • Upholding company commitment to safety and integrity on all job sites.

The Successful Applicant

The Healthcare Construction Superintendent - DC Metro will have:

  • Proven experience in healthcare interiors and occupied space renovations (preferably within the last 3 years).
  • Strong MEP background is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in sensitive environments.
