Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry

- RN State License of CT or Compact.
- At least 1 year of experience in Med/Surg - Tele.
- ACLS, BLS– (AHA only)
- EPIC experience – strongly preferred
- COVID Vaccinated
- FLU Vaccinated
- Driver’s License
