Job Summary

This role demands strong clinical skills, the ability to manage diverse patient needs, and a commitment to patient education and support.

• Monitor and assess the condition of patients in the Medical-Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Administer medications, perform interventions, and manage patient care as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Meditech.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical or similar inpatient setting.
• Experience with post-operative care preferred.

• Active NH State RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
