Sales Support Specialist

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist in Peachtree City, Georgia. The role is within the sales industry and requires a detail-oriented individual with a focus on customer service. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be expected to establish and maintain customer relations, provide technical information to customers, and coordinate with other departments to achieve sales targets.

• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relations to ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Following up on missed sales opportunities and promoting products to customers.
• Reviewing and maintaining contract agreements.
• Providing customers with technical information about products and services.
• Gathering competitive information and intelligence from responsible accounts.
• Coordinating with other departments within the organization to achieve sales targets.
• Maintaining specific customer database information.
• Assisting in writing contracts and providing input.
• Participating in training, including new hire training.
• Understanding contracts and pursuing both Purchasing and Development.
• Researching products and having a fundamental understanding of their technical use. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support role or similar
• Proven track record in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with sales processes and principles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
