Customer Service Rep/Sales Assistant

Your main tasks will involve managing order processing, tracking, and customer interactions in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Provide robust support to the Outside Sales team
• Oversee the order processing system ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Manage customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Track orders, coordinating with Supply Chain and Finance teams for seamless delivery
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and sales support tasks
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold excellent communication standards across all customer service interactions • Proficiency in Data Entry is required, as the role involves managing and updating customer databases frequently.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel to effectively handle tasks such as data analysis, report creation, and data visualization.
• Experience in Sales Support is essential, as the candidate will be expected to assist the sales team with various tasks including order processing, shipment tracking, and customer follow-ups.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills are a must, as the role involves dealing directly with customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
