Position overview:

The Warehouse Manager is a critical team member responsible for maintaining an efficient, organized, and well-stocked warehouse while supporting overall facility operations. This role involves inventory management, property upkeep, fleet coordination, and ensuring all tools, equipment, and supplies are readily available to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Facility Management
  • Maintain overall warehouse organization, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Monitor and restock essential warehouse supplies, including cleaning products.
  • Coordinate trash, cardboard, and recycling pickups with service providers.
Uniform Program Management
  • Manage uniform inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure continuous supply.
Tool Management
  • Facilitate tool requests, rentals, and assignments for technicians.
  • Track and schedule regular tool maintenance, repairs, and inventory updates.
Fleet Maintenance Support
  • Assist in scheduling vehicle maintenance with dealerships and repair shops.
  • Update fleet management software with driver details and maintenance records.
  • Manage documentation and scheduling for non-operational (“dead”) vehicles.
Technician & Operational Support
  • Conduct part runs and provide direct support to technicians as needed.
  • Assist warehouse associates with material deliveries and pickups.
Purchasing & Inventory Management
  • Process daily truck replenishment through ServiceTitan.
  • Pull parts for daily inventory restocking and handle inventory adjustments (DIAs).
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and follow up on outstanding purchase orders (POs).
  • Receive and label incoming inventory items, ensuring proper storage.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts for trucks and the warehouse, with quarterly accuracy audits.
  • Track inventory usage and adjust stock levels with Operations Manager approval.
  • Manage part returns, vendor discounts, and supply group memberships to optimize cost savings.
Truck Buildouts & Inventory
  • Assist in stocking and building out new trucks.
  • Update ServiceTitan with new parts and maintain accurate truck inventory records.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with inventory software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of plumbing parts is highly preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with technicians, vendors, and management.

Work Environment:

  • This role involves both physical and administrative responsibilities, including regular lifting, standing, and working in various environments.
