Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and management of evaluation activities
- Conduct evaluation data collection activities, including interviews and focus groups; pre/post test of program interventions; qualitative and quantitative data analysis; report developments and other dissemination activities
- Basic knowledge of program evaluation
- Conducting 1-1 interviews via telephone
- Experience using administering web-based survey systems using qualtrics software
- Experience with qualitative data analysis using N-Vivo
- Experience using spreadsheet and word processing software
