Our client is a non-profit organization with a great mission behind them! They are looking for a detail oriented Evaluation Specialist to support the team. This will be a hybrid position (1 day in office), with a 4-5 month long contract duration (30 hour work week).

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and management of evaluation activities
  • Conduct evaluation data collection activities, including interviews and focus groups; pre/post test of program interventions; qualitative and quantitative data analysis; report developments and other dissemination activities
  • Basic knowledge of program evaluation
  • Conducting 1-1 interviews via telephone
  • Experience using administering web-based survey systems using qualtrics software
  • Experience with qualitative data analysis using N-Vivo
  • Experience using spreadsheet and word processing software
