Sales / Customer Service Support

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sales / Customer Service Support role in Austin, Texas. This role is within the industry of electronic connectors and provides an environment for engaging with a wide range of customers and managing their inquiries.

You will be stationed in a team-oriented workplace where you will have your own territory and sales manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a personable connection with a base of 100+ customers
  • Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and inquiries
  • Conduct coding, pricing and register systems for shipments and correspondence
  • Maintain a high level of detail orientation while multitasking
  • Manage email communications and light phone duties with customers
  • Implement time management skills to efficiently fulfill responsibilities
  • Utilize software systems including Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Keytone
  • Execute billing functions and ensure the accuracy of the process
  • Answer inbound calls from customers, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries
  • Participate in a detailed training program to enhance performance and productivity. • Demonstrated experience in Sales/Customer Service Support role
  • Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships
  • Ability to handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively
  • Familiarity with billing functions, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and resolving their issues
  • Experience with SAP software for business operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage email communications effectively, responding to customer queries in a timely and detail oriented manner
