- Manage multiple calls per day, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Navigate various computer programs to support customer service operations.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Customer Service Representative
- Proficiency in Administrative Office operations and procedures
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
- Familiarity with Order Entry systems and processes
- Practical knowledge and experience with Dynamics Ax
- Ability to perform accurate Data Entry - Numeric
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to effectively Assist Customers, ensuring their needs and queries are addressed promptly and professionally
