Automation Specialist Technician

Responsibilities:

• The Pharmacy Automation Specialist is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of automated medication distribution systems to achieve high quality standard of care in pharmacy medication storage and distribution.
• Provides ongoing monitoring of processes surrounding the automated distribution of medications to evaluate compliance with procedures and integrity of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• High School Diploma - OR - GED completed within 6 months of hire

• No experience

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) (must be obtained within 6 months of hire date)
