Robert Half HR Solutions is assisting a client located in the Alpharetta/John's Creek area with identifying a Contract Human Resources (HR) Manager. During the initial onboarding, this role is onsite 3-4 days per week with flexible hours. After the initial ramp up, the role will scale to 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Sole HR supporting 250 employees in multi-states with 50% of the employees in Georgia then Pennsylvania and other states including a few in California
  • Oversee HR compliance measures to ensure legal standards are met across all states
  • Administer benefits to employees, including facilitating FSA enrollment
  • Coordinate talent acquisition processes to attract and onboard new team members
  • Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns or grievances in a timely manner
  • Support offboarding employees, including providing assistance with COBRA
  • Utilize HCM and Paycom tools to streamline HR administrative tasks
  • Facilitate open enrollment during Q2 2025, ensuring all employees understand and utilize their benefits
  • Leverage communication skills to maintain transparency and good relations with all team members
  • Use your expertise in benefits administration to manage 401k plans effectively Implement efficient hiring processes to bring in team members with experience in their respective fields in a timely manner.
  • There is a payroll manager who supports this function using Paycom
