Attorney/Lawyer

This role is ideal for candidates who are barred in NJ and are proficient with NJ family courts.

• Draft and prepare briefs and motions in accordance with the requirements of family law cases.
• Engage in direct communication with clients to gather necessary information and provide legal advice.
• Work with case management software to organize, track and manage cases efficiently.
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and other document management tools to manage and organize case files.
• Collaborate with the legal team and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of legal proceedings.
• Utilize your knowledge of family law to provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Handle complaints and other legal issues in an efficient and professional manner.
• Stay updated with current laws and regulations within the family law practice.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to manage and resolve complex family law cases.
• Work in compliance with all legal standards and regulations related to family law in New Jersey.
• Must have a professional degree in law from an accredited university.
• Should be active and in good standing in state of New Jersey
• Proficiency in 3M and Conveyancer is required.
• Must have the ability to manage and organize legal documents.
• Experience in briefing and preparing legal briefs is compulsory.
• Civil Litigation and Claim Administration skills are essential.
• Should have the ability to handle complaints professionally.
