HR Generalist - Neptune

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in the non-profit industry. As an HR Generalist, your primary tasks will involve maintaining databases, verifying benefits, coordinating with vendors, and conducting background checks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and management of all HR databases
• Regularly review and verify employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors as necessary
• Conduct comprehensive background checks on potential employees and report any discrepancies
• Maintain open and effective communication within the company, promoting a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the HR sector
• Manage and address employee relations issues, promoting a harmonious workplace
• Oversee the administration of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) related matters
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks
• Work with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce for HR-related tasks.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential.
• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary.
• Knowledge of Ceridian is a must.
• Ability to use Dayforce is required.
• Must have experience in Benefit Functions.
• Excellent Communication skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of Compliance regulations and guidelines is required.
• Proven experience in Employee Relations is a must.
• Familiarity with FMLA is essential.
