Social Media Manager
Your Focus- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our company’s CSR goals and values.
- Create engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and updates related to CSR initiatives, events, and achievements.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPI’s to track the performance of our campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing, CSR, and sustainability.
- Work closely with Marketing agencies, the sales and marketing teams and hotel leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Creative thinker with ability to generate engaging content ideas and campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends.
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25, bending and reaching, use of hands and fingers to operate computers. Ability to see and hear.
