How you’ll make an impact:

As an Advanced Analytics Manager, you will be a key player to provide insights to the business for subscriber retention and growth, for revenue growth and for marketing cost optimization through marketing experiments, machine learning modeling and business analytics.

What you’ll do:

The Advanced Analytics Manager will work closely with members of the Marketing, Finance and IT departments. The manager will be responsible for creating measurable campaign test designs, collaborating with campaign operation team for test execution, pulling data for test measurement and make recommendations to stakeholders, including solution with a machine learning model.

  • Define business requirements for Marketing Campaign test designs and model development.
  • Design, manage, and deliver machine learning models, client analyses, such as customer profiling, segmentation studies, post-program measurement, and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Must have strong communication skills and experience understanding and translating analytical model results to business insights and presenting complex quantitative analysis to non-technical marketing/business executive decision makers.
  • Improve and assess business results, help improve sales, profitability and customer lifetime value through analysis.
  • Present business insights to stakeholders and the Executive Leader Team in a timely manner.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years hands-on knowledge of data analysis techniques, targeting, segmentation, predictive modeling, business and marketing metrics and score carding, campaign analysis, modeling and forecasting as well as customer profiling and other customer classification analyses.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience using techniques such as analysis of variance, multivariate regression, predictive response modeling, data mining and visual analytics to analyze complex data sets.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience valuating the productivity and profitability of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. Identify statistically significant changes in audience behavior.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns involving A/B testing, multivariate testing, and segmentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with pulling and coding data in the absence of an ETL team.
  • Comfortable interacting with Marketing is required.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $135,000 - $140,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
