Job Title: Desk Side Support

• Location: Hamilton, MT 59840 (Onsite)
• Rate: $30/hr
• Required to have experience in desktop laptop troubleshooting
• Required to have experience in installation, configuration, and OS troubleshooting
• Must have experience in asset management and application support
• Should have knowledge of iPhone configuration
• Exposure to basic network troubleshooting is needed
• Must understand the ticketing tool and ticketing process incident/service requests
• Understanding of SLA and meeting targets is essential
• Should comprehend the service desk process of logging tickets and allocation
• Understanding of asset/inventory record process, system & peripherals movements etc. is required
• Should know how to coordinate with vendors/principles
• Should understand client management and user response (email/verbal)
• Need to manage SLAs for respective sites
• Hands-on experience on ticketing application is essential
• Should have knowledge of hardware asset management
• Must be capable of working on incidents and requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Should have experience in installing and configuring operating systems, applications, and software/driver updates
• Experience on remote assistance in PC set up, upgrades, troubleshooting is needed
• Should have hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel
• Expected to prepare/update reports for tickets processed, inventory report, etc.
• Responsible for escorting third party engineers at site and handling smart hand requests
• Responsible for packing and unpacking laptops, quality assurance testing of laptops, and disposing equipment
• Expected to liaise with site facilities for maintenance of the hub/tech hub area
• Responsible for monthly/weekly inventory audits and placing hardware/accessories orders
• Must handle customer service support and desk side support calls
• Expected to manage stockroom and update it when receiving equipment from clients
• Should have worked in Manufacturing & Production line support from IT Perspective
• Must have excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to handle unforeseen situations is required
• May need to work flexible hours occasionally to cover for other urgent issues at the site.
