Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the service industry located in Coconut Creek, Florida, United States. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to customer accounts, including processing applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries.

You will also monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action when required.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently process customer credit applications using various accounting software systems
Maintain and update customer credit records in the CRM system
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts
Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions based on cash activity
Handle billing functions and cash handling tasks using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Utilize Epic Software for various accounting functions
Work with ADP - Financial Services for specific financial tasks
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) duties as per the company's policies and procedures. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential
Must be adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Experience with Epic Software is preferred
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
Should be well-versed with various Accounting Functions
Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory
Ability to perform Billing Functions efficiently is expected
Must be able to manage Cash Activity accurately
Experience in Cash Handling is a must
