We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in the Information Technology industry, based in San Francisco, California. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, organizing events, and providing support to our onsite team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the organization of office events and team meetings
- Managing the ordering and stocking of office supplies and snacks
- Overseeing the setup and stocking of conference rooms
- Handling the scheduling and planning of in-office lunches and menus with catering vendors
- Providing support during new team member celebrations and holiday parties
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new team members
- Utilizing G-suite and Slack for efficient workplace communication
- Employing various accounting software systems and CRM for clerical duties
- Answering inbound calls and providing timely responses
- Conducting billing functions with accuracy and diligence.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for accurate financial management.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required for efficient payroll processing.
- Ability to design Banner Ads for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Competence in various Computer Programs to support office operations.
- CRM knowledge is essential for managing customer relationships and customer data.
- Experience with 'About Time' software for effective time and attendance tracking.
- Ability to use 'Answer' software for improved office communication.
- Experience in Answering Inbound Calls professionally and efficiently.
- Capability to handle Billing Functions to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
- Proficiency in Clerical Duties such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
- 10 - Key Accounting skills for precise data entry and calculations.
