The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately generate, review and process invoices in line with service agreements and records
• Respond to billing inquiries from clients and customers promptly and professionally, providing detailed explanations of billing statements and resolving any discrepancies
• Accurately record all transactions in the system while processing ACH, checks, and credit card payments
• Enter and maintain new client information in QuickBooks and other relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Review overdue accounts on a weekly basis and take necessary actions to secure payments. This includes regular contact with clients and other payor sources
• Clean and resubmit denied and incomplete claims, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes
• Ensure all billing activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and organized billing records, ensuring they are readily available for audits or reviews
• Prepare and present weekly reports on billing activities, outstanding payments, and overall financial performance
• Perform other duties as assigned. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with Accurint
• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ability to navigate Epic Software
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls
• Experience with Billing Functions
• Knowledge of Claim Administration
• Understanding of Collection Processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
