Maintenance Mechanic
Randstad has partnered with a highly reputable Food Production Company located in Chaska, MN. We are looking for a highly skilled Food Production Maintenance Mechanic to oversee day to day operations on 2nd shift.
The maintenance mechanic will lead the site maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.
Shift: 2nd ShiftRate of Pay: $36 - $39/hour

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair and installation of:
- Mechanical devices and components including Gears, bearings, drives and gearboxes
- Electronic devices and components including low and high voltage AC & DC motors, sensors, PLC's, actuators, power supplies, transformers, heating and cooling controls and systems
- Pneumatics systems including compressors, logic circuits, actuators, sensors
- Perform preventive inspections, lubrication, periodic and incidental maintenance, and repair of production equipment & HVAC
- Perform fabrication of equipment and parts through welding and some basic machining processes
- Assist in the design, specification and/or procurement of new equipment
- Hydraulics
