Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe court proceedings and depositions in real-time using AI technology.
• Deliver digital transcriptions within a 48-hour timeframe, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Maintain professionalism and impartiality while working on-camera during depositions.
• Collaborate with the legal team and clients to facilitate smooth communication.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or post-secondary education is preferred (no bachelor's required).
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and typing skills, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and court proceedings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
