Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe court proceedings and depositions in real-time using AI technology.
- Deliver digital transcriptions within a 48-hour timeframe, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Maintain professionalism and impartiality while working on-camera during depositions.
- Collaborate with the legal team and clients to facilitate smooth communication.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or post-secondary education is preferred (no bachelor's required).
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and typing skills, with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and court proceedings is advantageous but not mandatory.
