Estimator for Landscape/Irrigation/Hardscape Construction

We seek a skilled Estimator with a background in construction estimating, proposals, and budgeting. Must have strong analytical, communication, and AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction estimating.
• Proficient in reading plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of plants, irrigation, and hardscape.
• Associate or Bachelors degree in a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project scope and specifications.
• Identify material needs and get subcontractor proposals.
• Resolve discrepancies and complete estimates timely.
• Present estimates and prepare cost evaluations.
• Maintain cost data and contribute to team efforts.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and attend client meetings.
• Present proposals and follow up to close sales.
