EIMS is hunting for our next Inbound Sales Account Executive to join our fast-growing, Norwegian VC-funded software client - Decisions. Are you an IT Sales Development Rep looking to step up to a full Sales Cycle role? Join us and complete our 3 months intensive Tech Sales training and work as an Inside Sales Account Manager for a global SaaS provider!

Who is "Decisions"?

Decisions work with organizations around the world to drive a digital change in how meetings are managed, leveraging Microsoft Teams and the entire suite of Office 365. Decisions is a software solution, "a meeting tool", that helps to integrate all Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, OneNote, and more).

Tasks

What will you be doing:

  • Run the sales process from start to end (90% inbound sales) which covers conducting negotiations, delivering demos, managing/closing procurement processes, and driving adoption and/or expansion
  • Managing Sales Forecasting and TAL account profiling in CRM – Hubspot
  • Create proposals and client follow-up + consistently utilize CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business, and process orders
  • Contribute to the team’s quota across the French market
  • Ensure that your clients derive maximum value from their investment in purchased software, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint

Requirements

Who are you:

  • Excellent level of communications
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, Saas space is a must (with a background in conducting demos/presentations)
  • High-energy, driven sales professionals with sound business acumen
  • Start Date: negotiable

  • Salary: OTE $82,500 (Base $65,000 + MBO $2,500 +Commission $15,000)
