Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Outdoor Property Inspections and Maintenance: Regularly inspect mechanical equipment located outdoors, including HVAC units, irrigation systems, and roof systems.
- Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance: Oversee and perform necessary landscaping tasks, including lawn care, tree trimming, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Outdoor Repairs and Upkeep: Conduct repairs on outdoor structures such as parking lots, lighting, and signage, ensuring the exterior areas are well-maintained and safe for tenants and customers.
- Daily Safety Inspections: Perform daily inspections of common outdoor areas to identify and address potential hazards such as trip-and-fall risks, debris, and other safety concerns.
- Environmental Exposure: Be prepared to work in various weather conditions to complete exterior tasks, including power washing, window cleaning, and parking lot maintenance.
- Must be Computer savvy: Be responsive to phone calls, text messages, emails and completing daily tasks on check sheets and work orders ( THIS IS A MUST)
- Must have great communication skills: will be communicating with property managers, supervisors, tenants, and customers on property on a daily basis.

- Outdoor Work Involvement: The role requires regular outdoor activity, including trash removal, landscaping, and inspection of external mechanical systems.
- Climbing and Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders to perform roof inspections and outdoor equipment maintenance.
