Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the senior operational lead to ensure a smooth migration process and will be the point of contact for customer and partner escalations related to contract assignments. The candidate will also be required to collaborate with our legal teams to support these efforts.

• Oversee the migration of public sector operations to a new company.
• Assist the senior operational lead with all aspects of the migration process.
• Manage an email alias for customer and partner escalations related to contract assignments.
• Collaborate with legal teams to support the migration process.
• Utilize Salesforce for sales operations.
• Support public sector business operations, especially US Federal.
• Apply experience with Tableau, Eloqua, and Oracle in sales operations.
• Leverage expertise in CRM and Salesforce Administration.
• Apply knowledge of Public Sector Organizations in sales operations.
• Use experience in Data Migration in sales operations. • Proven experience of 5+ years in a similar role such as Sales Operations Analyst.
• Proficient in CRM with a focus on Salesforce Administration.
• Skilled in using Tableau for data visualization and analytics.
• Familiarity with Eloqua for marketing automation.
• Understanding and experience with Public Sector Organizations.
• Demonstrated skills in Data Migration.
• Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with sales and marketing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
