What You Bring to the Team:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED; a two-year technical degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in an industrial manufacturing setting, specifically with blow molding machines or automation systems.
- Technical Proficiency: strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Independent Operator: Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Physical Capability: Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting as required by the role.
