• Accurately process and organize financial data and patient records, playing an instrumental role in the functionality of the medical billing team.
• Generate and oversee reports, spreadsheets, and billing documentation utilizing Microsoft Excel, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Foster effective communication between the billing department and other staff, professionally handling inquiries.
• Ensure the confidentiality of patient and billing information, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Provide additional administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other assigned duties.
• Organize meetings and manage calendars for the billing department staff.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies through collaboration with team members and external stakeholders. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Social Care/Services industry
• Proficiency in Medical Front Office operations
• Solid understanding of Basic Medical Terminology
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Medical Billing procedures
• Background in providing Administrative Assistance
• Ability to accurately Check Patients' details
• Strong Data Entry skills
