Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience.
Education:
- BSN is required.
Certifications:
- New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be uploaded with the profile.
EMR Proficiency:
- Experience with Epic is required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate total nursing care for patients, including adult and geriatric populations.
- Participate in patient and family education.
- Provide leadership by collaborating with nursing and ancillary staff to maintain professional nursing standards.
- Must be willing to float between units during shifts (e.g., 4 hours in Kingsbury, 8 hours in Farnum).
