education: No Degree Required

• Assemble fan and air mover components according to specifications and production schedules.
• Use hand tools and equipment to perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements:

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift.
• strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) shoes/boots are required prior to the start date.
• Dependability and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
