Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Senior Mainframe Developer to join our team. This role involves a mix of hands-on software development, system analysis, and production support for applications and databases critical to our internal operations. You will be responsible for translating technical specifications into functional code, supporting CI/CD automation, and elevating applications through development, test, and production environments.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Mainframe environments, batch monitoring, DB2, and AWS, along with a commitment to learning and adhering to best practices in software development and information security.
Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience with Mainframe systems, batch monitoring, and DB2.
Proficiency in AWS and cloud-based services integration.Strong background in CI/CD processes, automation, and code testing techniques.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and secure coding practices.
Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe development and database management
