Responsibilities:
- Generate all shipping documents and maintains all records of bill of ladings, invoices, purchase orders, and all other records as required
- Match identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, pack slips, orders, or other records
- Accurately input required data into the ERP system after matching physical materials to shipping or receiving documents
- Understand material handling practices to mitigate risk of loss or damage to fragile or ESD-sensitive components when picking and packing for shipments or receipts
- Deliver all incoming material that requires inspection to the Quality Department
- Schedule and coordinate pickups when larger packages are prepared to ship
- Operate material handling equipment in the movement and storage of materials (pallet jack, fork lift, parts counter, scale)
- Keep warehouse and shipping & receiving areas clean and organized with a focus on safety & quality
Qualifications:
- No experience is required in area of responsibility
- High School (High school diploma) or GED
- Other duties as assigned to include Stockroom support
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Pay Range: $17.20 - $19.71 hourly. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
