Supervisor
Location: Marysville, OH
Pay Rate: $35 - $45 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (Daytime hours)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Supervisor for our warehouse operations in Marysville, OH. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a strong ability to lead a team, and the necessary skills to operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage a team, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure team goals are met.
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move products and materials as needed.
- Drive a box truck for deliveries or pickups as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts (certification preferred but not required).
- Must be able to drive a box truck (no CDL required).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
