Accounting Manager/Supervisor

This role also includes managing accounting software systems and handling billing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and management of accounting software systems to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise and manage all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards
• Administer accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Conduct regular auditing of financial records to identify and rectify discrepancies
• Manage billing functions, ensuring that all invoices are sent out in a timely manner and payments are received and recorded accurately
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate action when necessary
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is needed.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.
• Competence in handling Billing Functions is required.
