This role is crucial to our operations, as you will also be responsible for logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion
• Handling purchasing tasks for various events such as trade shows, including setup
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, including negotiation of rates
• Managing all aspects of logistics and distribution, ensuring smooth transition of goods
• Maintaining inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels are always maintained
• Processing payment vouchers and submitting invoices in a timely manner
• Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and freight forwarders on a daily basis
• Using your negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing for logistics
• Utilizing your accounting skills to ensure accuracy in all buying processes and purchase orders.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Purchaser or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting functions, including budgeting and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of buying processes, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage purchase orders, including preparation, review, and tracking.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, particularly in relation to pricing and contract terms.
• Experience in logistics and distribution, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Ability to manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
