Responsibilities of an Automotive Used Car Manager
  • Manage used car inventory
  • VAuto expert
  • Auction for wholesale and purchase
  • Manage reconditioning
  • Appraising
  • Merchandising
  • Pricing
  • Manage manufacture CPO program and sales
  • Meet/exceed set CSI standards
  • Meet/exceed dealership performance goals
Requirements of an Automotive Used Car Manager
  • At least 2 year of Automobile Sales Management experience preferably in pre-owned vehicles
  • At least 2 years of Automobile Sales experience
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet sales process
  • Familiarity with automotive leasing & financing
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Understanding of manufacturer’s specifications
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • Good driving record
