• Utilize retail platforms such as Luminate for report management and data analysis
• Maintain professionalism and clarity in both written and verbal communications
• Assist in day-to-day operations with a focus on sales reporting and communications
• Convert large spreadsheets into PDFs while maintaining precise formatting and alignment with pre-created templates
• Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records. • Candidate must possess the ability to create comprehensive financial reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this position.
