Job Description
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for:
- Ensure standard templates accommodate contractual requirements for new projects
- Prepare and administer subcontracts and purchase orders across all projects
- Utilize contract management software to input, track, and manage contracting process
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records, documentation, and progress notes * Ensure subcontractors and vendors return a fully and correctly executed contract
- Review all documents for accuracy upon return
- Address and resolve administrative compliance issues or discrepancies related to contracts and purchase orders
- Ensure all documentation is saved and updated in the tracking system
- Review and maintain subcontractor insurance certificates throughout the contract period and during the period of completed operations
- Perform other related duties as required

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Contracts Administrator will have:
- 3+ years of contracts experience within the construction industry
- Understanding of the contract and procurement process within the construction industry
- Strong communication skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Strong computer/technology skills
