• Plan and schedule transportation routes and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
• Arrange shipments and select cost-effective shipping methods.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Address delays, damages, and other logistical issues.
• Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Use logistics software to track shipments and generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as warehouse and procurement.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery inquiries.
