Phone Triage RN

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Triage Nurse to join our team. As a Triage Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, making medical decisions, and ensuring timely treatment. This position requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who is committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

• Answer and address patient incoming calls
• Call patients with results and transfer to appropriate dept if scheduling appt is necessary
• Utilize your expertise to assess patients' symptoms and provide timely interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
• Provide education to patients about their conditions and treatment options.
• Work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care.

• Current Washington State RN license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an outpatient setting with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
