Salary: $120,000 to $130,000Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain diligent and confidential patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and facility standards.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and patient progress.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) from an accredited institution.
- Valid LCSW license in California.
- Proven experience as a LCSW minimum of 2 Years experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Resilient and effective in high-pressure and challenging environments
