Responsibilities:
- Accurately process credit applications of customers
- Keep customer credit records updated and correct
- Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action
- Perform account reconciliation tasks efficiently
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Carry out Bank Reconciliations duties
- Maintain bookkeeping records and perform data entry tasks
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various functions
- Conduct month-end close procedures
- Handle payroll related tasks
- Use QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
- Must be skilled in managing Accounts Payable (AP).
- Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.
- Must be able to perform Bank Reconciliations.
- Bookkeeping skills are a must for this role.
- Excellent Data Entry skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
- Must have experience in performing Month End Close.
- Experience in Payroll management is required.
- Must be proficient in using QuickBooks.
