Entry Level IT Technician

Overview:

• Travel locally within KY & IN to various customer sites
• Ability to use current IT technology and company issued assets
• Unboxing, organizing, inventorying new and returned equipment
• Staging of new equipment in warehouse and prep for delivery
• Prepping returned equipment for disposal to include wiping, inventorying and palletizing
• Basic IT installation and cable management
• Communicate with Project Leads on issues
• Require to accurately and timely complete weekly timesheet and expense reports

Responsibilities:

• Must possess IT aptitude
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel

Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED required, Technical School training preferred.
• 1-2 years of IT experience related to business equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Sit or stand for the majority of a normal workday.
• Lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch
