Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Tenant Management:
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and issues.
- Oversee tenant screening and application processes, ensuring compliance and thoroughness
- Manage tenant collections, ensuring timely payments and addressing delinquencies
- Coordinate tenants move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
- Execute eviction processes when necessary, adhering to legal requirements
Airbnb Guest Management:
- Communicate with guests to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Screen guests to ensure a good match with the property and its guidelines
- Address guest concerns and provide assistance during their stay
Building Compliance & Maintenance:
- Ensure all properties meet building compliance requirements and adhere to local regulations
- Schedule and manage work orders, building repairs, and ongoing projects
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to maintain high property standards
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage all incoming mail related to properties and tenants
- Keep accurate records of all property transactions and tenant interactions
- Maintain organized documentation for leases, payments, and service requests
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
- 2-5 years of previous property management experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Gmail is required
- Experience with property management software Property Ware and Talk Route are a Plus!
Skills & Competencies:
- Must be able to work in the office AND travel to properties to handle on-site tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Education & Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Candidates must reside within a 30–45-minute commute of Zip Code 19038 and be able to cover the Philadelphia metro area as part of the role
- Candidate must have reliable transportation
- Competitive salary between 50k-60k, based on experience and qualifications.
