Senior Business Analyst - AI Strategy & Deployment
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and drive AI strategy, deployment, and execution across both internal and external business functions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing AI-driven initiatives, working closely with Information Services, Line of Business and Go-To-Market teams, and ensuring a strong ROI-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute AI strategies to enhance business efficiency and innovation – both internally as well as client-facing
- Organize, monitor and lead AI deployment efforts across internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pricing, product, IT and Learning & Development to drive AI adoption
- Own, deliver and track effectiveness of AI-driven business initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Evaluate and measure ROI on AI-driven projects and present insights to leadership
- Analyze business and customer needs to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals, emerging industry trends and customer demands
- Drive AI adoption and education across the organization, fostering a data-driven culture
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI technologies to position the company as an AI leader
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, automation or AI implementation. Experience in management consulting a plus
- Proven expertise in and/or knowledge of AI technologies and innovations, AI-driven business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution
- Strong background in data analysis, ROI measurement, and business intelligence tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients
- Ability to own, drive, and deliver AI initiatives with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning applications, or business automation tools
- Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, and data governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess AI impact on business performance

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
