Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and account management.
Monitor and follow up on sales leads and ensure they are properly routed to the appropriate sales representative.
Process sales orders and manage order fulfillment processes.
Perform additional sales-related tasks as needed.
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
