Sales Operations Lead

The Sales Operations Lead will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our sales operations processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment with revenue goals. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, expertise in sales technology, and a deep understanding of revenue operations best practices.

This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to drive data-driven decision-making, improve sales efficiency, and support overall revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure Rules of Engagement are holistically set up throughout the revenue organization
  • Design and launch processes, workflows, and automations that drive internal efficiencies, uplevel the effectiveness of our revenue organization, and deliver greater value to our customers
  • Constantly look to automate processes to remove the need for manual work
  • Prioritize internal system requests/issues and actioning promptly, based on business need
  • Optimize all revenue / sales operations processes, sales enablement, sales forecasting, and deal management
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align revenue goals and drive collaboration
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze complex sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and revenue trends to identify opportunities and drive strategic improvements.
  • Define and document key processes across the Tapcheck Customer Lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable processes and policies

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Outreach, Salesloft, or Gong, and a deep understanding of their role in sales efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive strategic recommendations.
  • Sales Forecasting & Process Improvement Experience – ability to enhance pipeline management, sales forecasting accuracy, and deal progression tracking.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments, managing multiple priorities and driving measurable impact.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, always looking for ways to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and increase revenue productivity.

Compensation: $110,000-$120,000 per year + Bonus. The actual base salary varies on job level and will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
